How to find the uninstall string to uninstall a program from the command line
I was facing the issue of uninstallation of programs/application as the add/remove programs in Windows XP was showing nothing. So I found the following link from google search: http://michaelellerbeck.com/2008/04/25/how-to-find-the-uninstall-string-to-uninstall-a-program-from-the-command-line/
While trying to follow the steps outlined in the above link, I found myself another solution which is as below:
Sometimes if the application you are looking for is not listed under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Uninstall\[name ofapplication]\UninstallString you can find them straight under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Uninstall\ with example like {350C97B0-3D7C-4EE8-BAA9-00BCB3D54227}
What I’m guessing is if you have NoRemove and NoRemoveInitialValue set to 1 then you can’t uninstall. So the two keys might have to be changed to 0(guessing. Be careful while doing so).
I have left a comment in the above link as well as in the below forum:

I hope it helps for all.

How Google works
Found an interesting link on how the great google works. Useful info for many.
Didn't find such a neatly organised step by step information on how google works.
It would have been titled as how Google search Engine works. That would have been a perfect title. Thanks to Times Of India article.
The below link is also a good source and it's still not directly from Google.

Below is the info from Google direct.

Free ebook on Adsense Arbitrage
I got an email from Brad Callen, the maker of SEO Elite announcing a free ebook. I was thinking, if it's from Brad Callen, it must be good. Best of all, it is free. Adsense Arbitrage is basically buying low...
Found "Free ebook on Adsense Arbitrage" while browsing Searchengine blog. It has got a rating of 8.0 out of 3 votes cast. Why don't we try it when it's free.

Government plans to chip off vile blogs
Government plans to chip off vile blogs
On Tuesday morning on the front page of India's leading newspaper Economic Times of India, Bangalore Edition an article was published on Blog blocking in India. The heading is "Government plans to chip off vile blogs".
I think this is the second time the Government is trying to block blogs. Government seems to be taking a strong hold on blog and reducing the burden on the ISP's.
Previous information about Blog blocking is posted at "India Imposes Ban on Blogs: Your Questions Answered" at http://labnol.blogspot.com/2006/07/india-imposes-ban-on-blogs-your.html
